The Nigerian Center is thrilled to announce its new collaboration with the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA). Sponsored by the IRS, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers a secure and convenient method for thousands of families and individuals nationwide to complete their tax filings annually. Those eligible, with an annual income of less than $69,000, can now take advantage of this complimentary service at the Nigerian Center. The center will provide free tax preparation services through both walk-in and virtual options on Wednesdays and Thursdays (12:30PM - 4:30PM ET) from January 28 to April 15.

An info session is scheduled for February 6 at 12:30 PM ET, welcoming members of the public.
