What Vendors Should Bring

Vendor registration covers your booth space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing and setting up their own:

• 10' x 10' tent or canopy

• Tent weights

• Tables and chairs

• Displays, signage, and other booth materials

Tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment will not be provided.

Please Note

Food and beverage vendors cannot be accepted for this event. Marketplace registration is open to eligible retail, product, service, nonprofit, and community vendors only.

All vendor registrations are subject to approval. Submission of a registration does not guarantee acceptance or participation in the festival. Registered and approved vendors will receive additional information before the festival, including check-in instructions, setup and breakdown times, parking and loading details, and vendor guidelines. Vendors who are not approved will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
