Registration covers your space only. Participating organizations are responsible for bringing and setting up their own:
10' x 10' tent or canopy
Tent weights
Displays, signage, informational materials, and other booth supplies
Tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment will not be provided.
Food and beverage vendors are not permitted for this event, including packaged food products.
All registrations are subject to approval. Submission of a registration does not guarantee acceptance or participation in the festival.
Approved organizations will receive additional information before the festival, including check-in instructions, setup and breakdown times, parking and loading details, and participant guidelines. Organizations that are not approved will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
