Access to Capital Information Session

Access to Capital Information Session (Virtual)

Due to a lack of established personal and business credit history, many immigrant entrepreneurs are unable to access startup capital to jumpstart their entrepreneurship journey here in America. Also, as a result of their lack of credit history, they may fall victim to predatory lending or may never get their business dreams off the ground.

Join the next Nigerian Center access to capital information session to learn about how to build your personal/business credit and obtain funding for your new or existing business.  We will also cover the following:

  •        0% interest rate for women entrepreneurs,

  •        0% interest rate credit-building loans for individuals,

  •        Up to $250,000 working capital for business owners,

  •        Resources for establishing personal and business credit for those without a credit history.

The workshop will also feature Yomi Ajao Co-founder at EKO House, a 250-person capacity upscale restaurant and lounge opened in July 2022 in Rockville Maryland focused on bringing the best of Nigerian and African culture at large to the DMV area.
