Nigerian Center Partners with Jesus House DC to Serve Growing Nigerian American Community in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area
WASHINGTON DC - The Nigerian Center is excited to announce its partnership with Jesus House, DC (JHDC), a dynamic non-denominational, international church located in downtown Silver Spring, MD. As part of this partnership, JHDC will provide financial support towards Nigerian Center's services to the growing Nigerian American community in the Washington, DC metro area as well as to the members of JHDC. This includes legal immigration services, access to capital, homeownership, financial education and cultural enrichment programs.
In 2022, the Nigerian Center opened its doors in Washington, DC and began serving the Nigerian American community and other immigrant populations across the United States through a series of programs geared toward its mission of fostering financial inclusion while providing a connection to the Nigerian culture in the United States.
According to Gbenga Ogunjimi, Founder and CEO of the Nigerian Center, "We are thrilled to partner with JHDC.
