Homeownership Workshop (In-Person)

Homeownership is a cornerstone for building generational wealth, yet the process of owning one’s first home can be a daunting challenge. As a result, many continue to rent oftentimes paying the same amount or even higher amounts than they would for a mortgage. Requirements such as down payments, credit score, and work history (and for some legal status) are all common barriers that prevent many from achieving this American dream.

Join our home ownership expert and real estate specialist, Eze Okwodu, at our free homeownership workshop.

This workshop will explore how to overcome the barriers listed above and shine a light on untapped resources for owning your very first home.
